I graduated from Manhasset High School in 2024 and now study engineering at the University of Miami. I’m passionate about building things, solving problems, and giving back to the community that shaped me. As a tutor, I bring a hands-on, practical approach to learning. I enjoy connecting tough concepts to real-world examples, whether it’s engineering, math, or science, so students can actually see why the material matters.

I joined MyPeerPrep because I want to give back to the Manhasset community and help students succeed the way my teachers and mentors once helped me. Tutoring is a chance for me to share what I’ve learned in engineering and math while inspiring younger students to chase their own goals.

I’ve mentored classmates in high school and continue to help friends in my engineering courses. In Manhasset, I worked with younger students in math and science clubs, and I’ve learned that patience and clarity are just as important as knowing the material.

I like to use hands-on examples whenever possible—drawing diagrams, building simple models, or using analogies from engineering. When someone struggles with a math or science topic, I walk them through real-world applications so the problem feels less abstract.

At UM, I’m part of an engineering research team working on renewable energy projects, which has taught me collaboration and persistence. Joining Theta Chi has also helped me grow as a leader and balance academics with service and campus involvement.

I enjoy tutoring physics because it’s about understanding how the world actually works. I like taking concepts like force or motion and showing students how they apply to everyday things, from cars to bridges to sports.

National Honor Society graduate, Engineering Design Award at Manhasset Science & Tech Fair, Dean’s List at University of Miami.
